Our mold R&D team integrates talents from various fields including rubber, plastic, and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) mold development. By incorporating the expertise from different mold disciplines, we have developed unique mold structures that embody Maifeng’s distinctive characteristics. We were among the first to accumulate rubber material parameters during rubber injection for mold flow analysis. For rubber, silicone rubber, and liquid silicone rubber injection production, we conduct comprehensive mold flow analysis, vulcanization molding analysis, and venting structure analysis, enabling production-oriented structural optimization during the design phase of rubber sealing products. Utilizing world-renowned high-precision mold processing equipment and leveraging extensive mold manufacturing experience, we maintain industry-leading precision standards in mold processing.
